  • Manual hydraulic mechanism design provides large tension for better expanding with less force, ergonomic handle for providing labor-saving operation
  • Rotate the "on/off " knob to tighten and release the expansion heads for replacing the heads you need 
• Steel Construction
  • High strength hardened steel expander heads and thread head of the tube expander for ensuring the stability and durability, suitable for creating soft copper and aluminum joints for plumbing use
  • Chrome finish surface for improving corrosion resistance
• Necessary Tools
  • Tube cutter with sharp carbon steel blade for easy and fast cutting, the capacity is from 3/8 to 1 1/8 for cutting different sizes of tubes, chamfering reamer behind the cutter for cleaning away the shape edges and burrs
  • Chamfering tool and deburring tool for smoothing the inside & outside of tubes
• Blow-molded case with handle for convenient storage and keeping all accessories in place
• The expander set is widely applied on expanding different soft tubes on plumbing, heating, gas, refrigeration and air conditioning and HVAC systems installation and maintenance
