KTH GREY OXIDE PRIMER 604 (INDUSTRIAL PRIMER)

KTH GREY OXIDE PRIMER 604 is one component general-purpose, high build, economical solvent-based alkyd primer.

• It has good hiding power and has good adhesion on most of the metal substrate.
• It gives low gloss finishing to painted surfaces.

Uses :

• As a primer in a multi-coat coating system.
• Most suitable for use in wooden surfaces, metal, GI and etc. 
• For mild industrial environment use, a suitable top-coat must be applied to enhance its durability.

Surface Preparation : 

• Previously painted surface and bare substrate must be completely dry and free from rust, mill scale, dirt, grease and other contaminants before painting.
• For maximum adhesion and durability of paint performance, all bare surfaces should be prepared by meant of sandpaper, hand tools and etc.
