Product Description :

• 2 – PACK EPOXY PRIMER is a high build two component epoxy resin based primer cured by
• polyamide activator. It has excellent adhesion on wide range of substrate, thus when combines
• with epoxy and polyurethane as subsequent coating, provides abrasion resistance paint film that
• protects against atmosphere and marine environment, and resistant to general chemicals.

Uses :

• As primer and intermediate coat of the epoxy and polyurethane system.
  

Composition :

• Pigment : Titanium dioxide, Talc.
• Binder : Epoxy resin cured with polyamide resin
• Solvent : Hydrocarbon

Physical Characteristics of the Paint :

• Density : 1.80 – 1.90, depending on colours
• Volume Solid : 70 ± 5%
• Viscosity : 70 ± 10 KU at 30°C
• Theoretical Coverage : 8 – 12 m2 / litre

Application : Suitable for use on concrete and steel surfaces where high degree of chemicals, oil and abrasion resistance is required.
