- High-Temperature Rating: Specifically for the ASTM A106 standard, these pipes are designed to maintain strength in environments up to 427°C (800°F).
- Weldability & Forming: They are formulated to be suitable for bending, flanging, and various welding operations required in industrial setups.
- Common Applications: Primarily used in oil and gas refineries, power plants, petrochemical facilities, and long-distance pipelines for transporting water, oil, or gas.
- Standard Sizing: Available in nominal pipe sizes (NPS) from 1/8 inch to 48 inches, following the ASME B36.10M dimension standard.
