POWERWELD WELDING ELECTRODE ( E6013 S-12 )

FEATURES : 

POWERWELD S-12 is a high-rutile type electrode designed for manual arc welding in all positions. Smooth miter fillet welding can be obtained with “Touch” welding or a short arc welding technique in flat, horizontal, or vertical fillet positions.

The electrode’s outstanding and distinguishing features are :

• Smooth and soft arc
• Slag release by itself
• Low spatter level
• Low fume level

Especially recommended for welding of general structural steel fabrication welding such as gates, fences, trailers, steel furniture, etc. Particularly suitable for down-hand fillet and butt welding. For a thin welding plate, a small size electrode is recommended.
